ICE.COM
I’ve bought stuff from ice.com and they’ve been great
QVC.com is a great place to buy a ring. My soon to be fiance’ just ordered a ring for me from QVC, and I could not be more pleased at the size of the diamond, and price was under $700.00; plus they gift wrap for free!
Ice.com has a great reputation, but I would personally go to a jewelery store so I could make sure that the quality of the diamond meets the price tag and you can try to talk down the price at many stores unlike the internet. Many places, can give you a discount if you play hard ball. The website below can help with diamond knowledge.

If you do end up buying a ring online, make sure you get your diamond tested when you get it, to make sure it’s real. I’ve heard of places using moissanite, which looks just like a real diamond, but is not as valuable(a little higher than a sapphire but way beneath the diamond).
I bought my diamond at uniondiamond.com
But here is a website that says there are just 2 online merchants to buy from.

Don’t buy diamonds online – online vendors can show you certifications til you are blue in the face, but you should never buy a diamond you haven’t seen in person. A diamond certified to have a great color and clarity can look absolutely awful, if the cut isn’t correct.. and any independent jeweler can sell you the same quality diamonds, for the same price or less… save yourself the hassle, and go directly to an independent AGA certified jeweler
