How do you make those scene diamond necklaces yourself?

I’m low on babysitting $ right now, so please tell me how to MAKE it myself. I’ve got index cards (if I need that) idk about cardboard. And before you say anythingg, i’m not a poser :[[ anyway, yep. A step by step guide would work!!
